Mission Statement: To empower individuals and families within the Moorish community through culturally sensitive mental health support, youth development, and effective conflict resolution, fostering holistic well-being and strong relationships.

Vision: To be a leading provider of culturally competent family services, recognized for our commitment to community empowerment, healing, and growth.

" The object of our Organization is to help in the great program of uplifting fallen humanity and teach those things to make society have better citizens. The problems of life are largely social and economic. In a profound sense, they are moral and spiritual. Have lofty conceptions of your duties to your country and fellowman in general and especially those with whom you deal. This includes such honesty and righteousness as will cause you to put yourself in the others fellow’s place.

Look for the best in others and give them the best that is in you. Have a deeper appreciation for womanhood. Brighten the hopes of our youth in order that their courage be increased to dare and do wondrous things. Adhere at all times to the principles of love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice". - Noble Drew Ali

Conflict Mediation and Family Development:

Too many indigenous people try to resolve conflicts without communication. Communication is the first step to successful conflict resolution. Effective communication can help to resolve or avoid problems and/ or conflicts. It helps you connect with others and share ideas. The teachings of the Moorish Holy Koran assist in conflict mediation and family development by providing a divine blueprint of Love and Truth that encourages family members to "set their house in order" through self-knowledge and mutual respect, effectively subduing the "lower self" to resolve disputes with peace.

Youth & Prison Outreach Mentoring:

Many indigenous young people do not have a voice or an outlet to express themselves and greatly need these outlets because expressing oneself is a form of healing that every child, teen and young adult should have access to. The "Circle Seven Koran" serves as a guide for personal transformation, focusing on several key areas for young people.

Relationship Advocacy:

In order to have a healthy, loving relationship with other human beings, one must first learn to love instead of hate. Loving beings with loving yourself. Self-love lays the base for assertiveness, establishing boundaries, nurturing healthy relationships and identity.

The Moorish Holy Koran emphasizes principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice, which encourage partners to approach one another with divine self-awareness and mutual respect, fostering a foundation of spiritual harmony and emotional stability.
